4How each module is taught

Every module follows the same practical, real-data lens, so you always know what to expect in class.

1

Concept Walkthrough

Trainer explains the concept with a business scenario first, then the formula or feature, using a real or realistic dataset.

2

Live Along

You build the same formula, query or report step by step, right alongside the trainer.

3

Hands-on Exercise

An independent task applying the concept to a new dataset or business question.

4

Doubt Clearing

One-on-one help for anyone stuck, before the class moves to the next module.

5

Weekly Assessment

A short practical Power BI test every week so gaps are caught early, not at the end.

5Projects & portfolio

Four practical, portfolio-ready projects across the full syllabus — the kind of work you'll show in interviews.

  • Project 1. Power BI report built from a single dataset, cleaned and shaped with Power Query
  • Project 2. Multi-source data model connecting several tables with a proper star-schema design
  • Project 3. DAX-driven interactive dashboard with time-intelligence KPIs
  • Project 4. Capstone: end-to-end Power BI business dashboard, published and shared, presented as you would to a manager

6Assessment & certification

Weekly practical assessments covering Power Query, data modeling and DAX, with instructor review and feedback.

Final practical exam across all three phases, plus the capstone project used as your demonstrable, portfolio-ready proof of skill.

Certificate of completion, plus resume and dashboard portfolio support through our 100% Placement Assist program.

7Quick answers

Do I need to already know Excel to join this course?

Basic comfort with spreadsheet data (rows, columns, simple formulas) is enough. This course is dedicated Power BI training and doesn't cover advanced Excel formulas — if you want that too, see our combined Advanced Excel & Power BI course.

Do I need any coding or SQL background?

No. DAX and Power Query's M language are taught from the ground up in this course — no prior coding or SQL is required.

Will I actually build dashboards, or is it mostly theory?

You'll build real dashboards from week one. Every module includes hands-on practice in Power BI on real or realistic business datasets, ending in a full capstone project.

Do I need my own laptop for this course?

A laptop is strongly recommended since you'll be practicing daily and building a portfolio, but institute computers with Power BI are also available in class.

Are classes online, offline, or both?

Both. Offline batches run at our Alpha-1, Greater Noida campus; online live batches follow the same curriculum with the same trainers. Morning, evening and weekend timings are available.

What can I do after completing this course?

You'll be ready for MIS executive, reporting analyst and Power BI/BI developer roles, with a dashboard portfolio of real projects, and can progress into the full Data Analytics track with the same placement support.
