7Quick answers
Do I need any prior computer knowledge to join ADCA?
No. ADCA is designed for beginners — Phase 1 starts from computer basics and typing, so no prior experience is assumed.
Do I need an accounting background before the Tally module?
No. Phase 4 starts with basic accounting & bookkeeping concepts (debit, credit, types of accounts) before you touch Tally Prime, building up gradually to vouchers, inventory, GST invoicing and financial reports.
Do I need to know coding before the HTML or DBMS modules?
No prior coding is assumed. Phase 5 starts with how the web works before any HTML tags, and Phase 6 starts with plain-language database concepts before writing your first SQL query.
How is ADCA different from DCA?
DCA is a 6-month, 24-module diploma covering the office suite, internet skills and an introduction to programming logic. ADCA is a 12-month, 32-module diploma that covers the same office & internet foundation in more depth, then adds Tally & accounting, HTML/CSS web fundamentals and an introduction to DBMS & SQL — making it a broader diploma for accounts and entry-level IT roles.
Do I need my own laptop for this course?
No. Classes are conducted on institute computers with all required software installed. You're welcome to bring your own laptop if you prefer to practice on it.
Are classes online, offline, or both?
Both. Offline batches run at our Alpha-1, Greater Noida campus; online live batches follow the same curriculum with the same trainers. Morning, evening and weekend timings are available — ask your counsellor for the current schedule.
What can I do after completing this course?
You'll be ready for office assistant, accounts/billing assistant, data-entry and junior back-office roles, with a working foundation in Tally, HTML and databases if you want to progress into our Accounting, Web Development or Data Analytics courses next, with the same placement support.
