1

2

Practice Live

You structure, file or process the same thing yourself in class, right after the demonstration, not days later.

A short payroll task using the same concept, close to what you'd actually process on the job.

4

Doubt Clearing

One-on-one help for anyone still stuck, before the class moves to the next module.

8Quick answers

Do I need an HR or finance background before starting?

No. This is a from-scratch, beginner-friendly path — Module 1 starts with payroll fundamentals and builds steadily up to statutory compliance and a full payroll cycle by Module 8.

Do I need prior accounting knowledge to join?

No. Basic familiarity with numbers helps, but every accounting and compliance concept — from CTC to TDS — is taught from the ground up.

Which payroll software will I learn?

We teach on an industry-standard payroll software platform alongside Excel-based payroll workflows, so what you learn transfers directly to whichever system your employer uses.

Will I actually file real PF/ESI compliance during the course?

Yes. You'll work through PF and ESI filing on the actual government portals using mock/sandbox data, so you leave knowing the real filing process, not just the theory.

Are classes online, offline, or both?

Classes are conducted at our Alpha-1, Greater Noida campus with computer workstations for hands-on practice. Theory sessions are also available online for revision. Morning, evening and weekend timings are available — ask your counsellor for the current schedule.

What can I do after completing this course?

You'll be able to independently structure salaries, handle PF/ESI and other statutory compliance, process payroll in software, and manage TDS and Form 16 — for an HR team, a finance team, or as an independent payroll consultant.

Is this course useful for someone already working in HR?

Yes. Working HR and finance professionals often join to move from generalist HR work into specialised, compliance-heavy payroll roles, using evening or weekend batches around their job.
