7Quick answers
Do I need a commerce or accounting background to join?
No. This course is built for absolute beginners — Module 1 starts from what accounting even is, before moving into journals, ledgers and beyond.
Is this the same as the Tally with GST course?
No. This course covers manual, from-scratch bookkeeping — journals, ledgers, trial balance and financial statements — without software. Our Tally with GST course builds directly on these fundamentals using Tally Prime and GST billing/returns.
Will I actually learn to prepare financial statements?
Yes. Phase 4 takes you through the trading account, profit & loss account and balance sheet, and the capstone project has you prepare a full set of statements from raw transactions on your own.
Do I need a computer or software for this course?
No specific software is required. Practice is done on paper/registers and simple spreadsheets, so the underlying logic is crystal clear before you ever touch accounting software.
Are classes online, offline, or both?
Classes are conducted at our Alpha-1, Greater Noida campus with hands-on practice sheets. Theory sessions are also available online for revision. Morning, evening and weekend timings are available — ask your counsellor for the current schedule.
What can I do after completing this course?
You'll have the foundation for accounts-assistant and bookkeeping-helper roles, and you'll be ready to move straight into our Tally with GST course to add software & GST skills on top, with resume/interview support through our placement program.
How is this different from a B.Com degree or CA course?
A B.Com or CA course is a long academic/professional qualification covering many subjects. This is a focused, 3-month practical skills course that teaches only hands-on bookkeeping — journals, ledgers, trial balance and financial statements — so you can start applying it at work quickly, alongside or instead of formal study.
Can working professionals join with evening or weekend batches?
Yes. Alongside regular morning batches, evening and weekend timings are available at the Alpha-1, Greater Noida campus so working professionals and students can attend without disrupting their schedule — ask your counsellor for the current batch calendar.
