  • Payment information — transaction ID, payment amount, and payment mode (UPI/card/net-banking/cash) when you pay fees. STI does not store your full card, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials; these are processed directly by our payment gateway partners.
  • Academic & attendance records — batch, attendance, assessment scores, and certification details generated during your training with us.
  • Communications — messages you send us via WhatsApp, email, phone calls, or contact forms, kept for support and record-keeping.
  • Automatically collected data — basic technical information such as browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected through standard website analytics when you browse our site.

2 How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to enquiries and schedule free demo classes or counselling sessions.
  • Process admissions, fee payments, and issue receipts, certificates, or mark-sheets.

Some of our courses are open to school-going students. Where a student is a minor, we expect the enquiry or admission form to be filled with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian, and any communication regarding fees or academic matters will be shared with the parent/guardian as the primary point of contact.
